Updating Inventory from your Sandhills DMS

This article explains how to update your site's inventory from your Sandhills DMS integration (also related integrations Sandhills Publishing, Machinery Trader, Truckpaper, Tractor House, and MarketBook in Canada).

These steps will only work after you've been set up with the proper credentials. To start this process, please contact your Dealer Spike Account Manager.

Log in to Sandhills using your dealer login credentials.
Click the Inventory button.
Click the Export button.
Select "Export all inventory (All types)".
Click the Export button at the bottom.

Once these steps are completed, a file named “ExportInventory.csv” will be saved to your computer, usually in your Downloads folder.

Please do not open or modify this file. Simply attach it to an email, include your dealership name and website URL in the body of the email, and send it to filedrop@dealerspike.com. There is no need to CC the Integrations Team.

The inventory export must be received by 3:00 PM Pacific Time - Monday through Friday - to be included in the evening processing. Files received after 3:00 PM PST will not be processed and a NEW inventory file will need to be submitted the following business day.

Inventory will not be updated on your website unless an inventory file is sent via this process

Inventory files are not processed on US Holidays or weekends.
