Dealers should complete prior items in the Ecommerce Setup Checklist and Troubleshooting article before configuring an Ecommerce delivery option.

Ecommerce offers two delivery options: Shipping and Pick Up in Store.

Shipping can be set up under Shipping & Taxes in Settings>Webstore once prior items in Ecommerce Setup Checklist and Troubleshooting are complete:

Once you have Ecommerce up and running you may wish to consider making use of our Easypost integration. Easypost provides access to shipping company data and functionality including: estimated times, costs, shipping label printing, and more.

Configure Shipping

Go to Settings>Webstore.
Go to Shipping & Taxes.
- Fill out the fields in your Shipping Origin Address
- Confirm and click Save.
- Configure checked items:
  - If Allow Backorders is not checked customers will be unable to purchase Products if inventory has not been entered into Ecommerce and those Products are also unavailable from entered distributor warehouses.
  - If Disable Out-of-State-Orders is checked customers will not be able to make Ecommerce purchases while out of state.
  - Allow OEM Parts for Shipment must be checked or customers will not be able request Shipping on OEM Catalog Ecommerce purchases.
- Click Manage Shipping Rules
  - You will need to add Price Banded Shipping rules countries you intend to ship to under Webstore Shipping Rules. Learn more about configuring Price Banded Shipping here.

Why are basic Ecommerce functions missing?

Why isn't shipping an option on checkout?

Is Shipping Configured?

Confirm you have configured the below settings if you intend to ship.

Go to Settings>Webstore.
- Click Manage Shipping Rules under Shipping & Taxes.
- You should see at least one Country you intend to ship to listed under Webstore Shipping Rules.
- If you do not have any countries you will need to add any you intend to ship to. Learn more about configuring Price Banded Shipping here.

Have you Disabled Shipping?

Confirm if Shipping is disabled universally:
- Go to Settings>Webstore.
- Look under In-Store Pickup.
  - Confirm In-Store Pickup Only is not selected.
  - If you update remember to Save.
Confirm if Shipping is disabled for this product group: Individual Products can be set to In-Store Pickup Only. If only some products cannot be shipped:
- Go to Webstore>Products.
- Find the Product that cannot be shipped.
- If In-Store Pickup is green, select the product and click Edit.
- Change In-Store Pickup Only:
  - Disabled: Shipping is allowed for this product.
  - Do not Change:Use default global Shipping options.
- Click Confirm.

Do you Allow OEM Part Shipping?

Go to Settings>Webstore.
Go to Shipping & Taxes and scroll until you find Allow OEM Parts for Shipment.
- Allow OEM Parts for Shipment must be checked or customers will not be able request shipping on OEM Catalog Ecommerce purchases.

Is the Customer attempting to buy from out of state?

Go to Settings>Webstore.
Go to Shipping & Taxes.
- If Disable Out-of-State-Orders is checked, customers will not be able to make Ecommerce purchases while out of state.
