How Often Does Pricing/Inventory; Web Order Updates Get Pushed from Lightspeed?
1. Inventory Warehouse: Once-daily @ 1am
2. WebOrders: Schedule set by Lightspeed (ranging from 15m - 30m) to pull; Real-time for updates done in Lightspeed
How Often do Aftermarket Catalog Data Get Updated?
1. Warehouse Data: Once daily; pushed from the warehouses (price & quantity)
2. Catalog Products: As we receive updates; generally a few times each year or "as needed"
Can I have a "Trial" access to PSS?
1. No. We can schedule a demo.
Can I hide prices?
1. Entire Aftermarket Catalogs? No
2. Specific Aftermarket Catalog Manufacturers? Yes
3. All PG&A Catalogs? Yes
4. OEM Catalogs? Yes, but has to be done all or nothing for all brands.
Can Lightspeed import Products as well as Price & Quantity?
1. No. Lightspeed can currently push Price and Quantity only
How can a dealer hide the 'Contact Us' button on PSS?
1. We can hide buttons with a CSS snippet #pss-open-lead { display: none; }
2. Send a child case to support and they can implement the above code easily

Lightspeed FAQ

Make sure they have a Lightspeed integration coming into us: https://tools.dealerspike.com/lightspeed/dealers.asp (note: you must be on VPN)
Confirm with the dealer (or Lightspeed) that they have completed all of the required "Allow DS to Pull My Inventory" steps in Lightspeed
Make sure the CMF number (that matches step 1) is entered into the LightSpeed configuration setting
Verify that the checkboxes are checked and the "Manage Supplier Codes" have been set up in the 3PA Parts & Accessories Availability/Pricing Settings area
1. Note: Make sure that they have assigned "Aftermarket" as the catalog (doesn't work with "OEM Catalogs" yet) and make sure that the LightSpeed Supplier Code and Manufacturer/Distributor have been set - you can verify the Supplier Code and Manufacturer/Distributor matching in step 6
Look for a "LightSpeed_Reports" in the Media Center
1. Note: You can skip steps 1-3 if you want to check for this first and you find a file - those are the steps required to get a file in the first place
Review the file and make sure that the LightSpeed Supplier Code and Manufacturer/Distributor selection they've made seems to match the data they are sending over (Column D - SupplierCode and skimming through the parts or searching a few MPNs on Google to make sure it is associated with what you think it should be)
Start pulling a sample set of parts and searching for them on Google (looking for inconsistencies or matches in what they're sending) - run cross-searches (in Google, Amazon, the LightSpeed data file, and PSS) to make sure that what they're sending is what we're expecting to receive

Communication Channels

Setup Requests:
- Originate from the Production Team (Fulfillment/IS) - Currently "Skyler"
- Request will be received as a Case Request in CRM
- Request should include a confirmation of Setup Form being sent to dealer (preferably, including confirmation of completion)
Demo Requests:
- Originate from internal or from dealers directly
- Requests will be received via Phone, Teams Messages, or Email
- If dealer is already paying for V-Next product, demo product and discuss pricing and options
  - Grandfathered In: Dealers are allowed to sign up for PG&A (standalone) or OEM Parts (standalone) if currently paying for standalone V-Next product; price match existing V-Next pricing
  - Upgrade: Dealers can upgrade to full combined (PG&A and OEM Parts) PSS product at $149/mo
  - Note: Connect with CS Account Manager to complete a Change Request to cancel V-Next and submit Addendum for PSS
- If dealer is not already paying for V-Next product, demo request should be forwarded to ronnie.coulam@dealerspike.com and brooks.faris@dealerspike.com
Updates, Issues, and Changes
- Originate from internal or from dealers directly
- Requests will be received via Phone, Teams Messages, or Email
- All requests should be translated into a Case in CRM
- Address the items in the request and log communications in CRM via the Case.
