Log into your site's admin panel.
Go to the Inventory Manager page from the Inventory dropdown at the top of the page.
Click the Add New Unit button at the top of the page.
Fill out the information you want to show for your new unit. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.
Click the Save Unit button at the top or bottom of the page.

Displaying and advertising inventory listings on your website can help drive qualified leads and ultimately generate sales. Through our Inventory Manager tool, you have the opportunity to get in front of customers early on by showing that you offer the inventory they are looking for and by giving them a convenient, complete online shopping experience.

By leveraging the Inventory Manager to add, edit and remove inventory units accordingly, you can give your customers an online experience that aligns with shopping in-store at their convenience. Learn how simple it is for you to input hard goods inventory and publish your units to your website below.

Adding Units

Start by signing into your site's Admin Panel. If you need instructions on signing in, click here.
After you've signed in, click on the Inventory tab at the top of the screen, then on the Inventory Manger button to get to your Inventory Manager page.
Once on the Inventory Manager page, click the orange Add New Unit button to start adding a new unit.
Next scroll down the page and fill out the fields you'd like to be visible on the unit.
Most inventory fields, including the price fields, are optional. The mandatory fields, which include Vehicle Type, Year, Manufacturer, Model and Category, are marked with red asterisks.
Once you've filled out the unit's information to your satisfaction, scroll down and click the Save Unit button to finish adding the unit.

Editing Units

Editing Individual Units with Inventory Manager

Users can edit units one-by-one from the Inventory Manager page in the admin panel. This allows you to access all of the potential fields for a unit, and is the only page where you can add and remove photos.

Start by signing into your site's Admin Panel. If you need instructions on signing in, click here.
After you've signed in, click on the Inventory tab at the top of the screen, then on the Inventory Manger button to get to your Inventory Manager page.
Once on the Inventory Manager page, click the dropdown menu that says "Please Select Vehicle Below" to access a list of all of your existing inventory. Click on any unit to bring it up and start editing it.
Once you've made any edits you'd like to the inventory fields for the unit you've selected, scroll down and click the Save Unit button to save your changes.

Editing Multiple Units with Grid View

You can view and edit up to 100 units at a time from the Grid View page in the admin panel. This is ideal for making changes to many units, like adjusting all of your prices, but you have access to a smaller set of fields.

Start by signing into your site's Admin Panel. If you need instructions on signing in, click here.
After you've signed in, click on the Inventory tab at the top of the screen, then on the Grid View button to get to your Grid View page.
From the Grid View page, you can click any of the values in the table to make changes to them. The edits will be saved as soon as you hit the enter button on your keyboard to confirm the change. You can access a wider variety of fields by clicking on the Toggle Options button at the top of the page, but Grid View still doesn't give you as many options as the Inventory Manager page.

Removing Units

Need to remove a unit? Just click the Delete Unit button at the top or bottom of the Inventory Manager page while the unit you want to delete is selected.

If you want to hide a unit from the front end of your website but keep it in the Admin Panel, you can just uncheck the Active Unit checkbox and save the unit.

Units that have been deleted can't be restored by the user. If the unit has been deleted recently, the Technical Support department may be able to restore it if you reach out (unique identifying info from the unit like a stock number would be very helpful).
