Getting in Touch with Your Account Manager

This article will cover how to confirm the contact details of your account manager. It is a very quick task that only requires you to be able to access the admin panel of your site. Your Account Manager is in charge of coordinating projects and updating your account details. You should reach out to them if you need to make large changes to your website, are interested in learning more about a service Dealer Spike offers, Digital Marketing, billing, and general questions about Dealer Spike.

Start by signing into your site's Admin Panel. If you need instructions on signing in, click here.
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the admin panel. On the bottom right you will see the contact information for your Account Manager. If your account manager is not listed or you know the data to be inaccurate, the bottom left will have the contact details of Technical Support which can be contacted to help get this information updated and connect you with your Customer Success Account Manager if necessary.
