Sign into your site's admin panel.
Go to the Manage Users page (Admin -> Manage Users).
Click the Create New User button in the upper left.
Fill out the new user's info in the pop-up and then click Save.

The Admin Panel is where much of your website is managed. Users can sign into the Admin Panel and access different parts of the website depending on which Permissions the user has been granted. An unlimited number of user accounts can be created for different employees to sign in with. This article will teach you how to create a new user account from scratch. You must have access to an existing user with the UserAdmin permission to add and remove other user accounts.

Start by signing into your site's Admin Panel. If you need instructions on signing in, click here.
After signing in, click on the Admin tab then select the Manage Users option.
Once in the User Management section of the admin panel, click the Create New User button in the top left.
A form will pop up that you will need to fill out. Once complete, click Save which will close the form.
You should now see your new user in the User Management section of the admin panel. In the Permissions column of that new user, click the word "Permissions" which will drop down available permission for this user.
Check every checkbox to give this user admin level access to the back end of the admin panel, or choose select Permissions to limit their access. See this article for more information on user Permissions.
Lastly, click the Save button to the right of the Permissions column.
