Log into the newsletter tool.
Click the Audience tab at the top of the page.
Click the Export button at the top of the page to export all contacts, or click the icon to the right of any individual contact, group, or segment, and click the Export button for a smaller export.

Looking to download your website’s contacts from the newsletter tool? This article will show you how to export individual contacts, groups, and your entire subscribed audience to a CSV file.

Start by signing in to the newsletter tool. If you need help getting in, click here.
Once you’re signed in, click the Audience tab at the top of the page.
From here there are three different levels you can export contacts at: individuals, groups, and your whole audience:
1. To export an individual, click on the arrow to the right of their name, and then on the Export Contact button:
2. To export an entire group or segment, click on the Groups or Segments tab on the left side navigation, and then click the arrow to the right of the row and click the Export Contact button:
3. To export your entire audience, click the Export button in the upper right while on the Contacts tab.
If you're exporting more than one contact, you should see a pop-up that allows you to select whether you'd like to include error and opt-out contacts (users who have failed to receive newsletters or manually selected that they don't want to receive newsletters) along with active contacts. Once you've checked off what you'd like to export, click the Export button at the bottom of the pop-up.
You should see a message telling you your export is running. Depending on how many contacts you’re exporting, the process may take a couple minutes. Click the “visit the exports page” link in the message to go to where you can download the finished file.
Click the arrow on the right side of the name and pick “download this export.” Your browser should begin downloading the CSV file with your import inside.
