Learn how to configure OpenSRS Dealer Spike Email for use with Microsoft Outlook below.

You will want your server information on hand:

Server Information:

Incoming Mail (IMAP):

Hostname Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com

Port: 993

SSL Enabled (usually enabled by default)

Outgoing Mail Server:

Hostname Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com

Port: 465

SSL Enabled (usually enabled by default)

Instructions:

First, click File in the top left corner of the menu.
Under Account Information, select Add Account.
On the popup that comes up, Enter your complete email address, then select Advanced Options and select Let me set up my account manually.
Click Connect.
Next, select IMAP from the provided options and then enter your Email account password and click Connect.
If you get an Internet Email popup and the server says imap.hostedmail.com:
1. Click Cancel. This is not the correct server, and we want to enter the correct one for it to work.
2. You’ll then get Something went wrong. To fix this, click Change Account Settings.
3. We can now enter the correct server settings from above. Note that only the server needs to be changed. Everything else is there by default.
The next screen asks again for your password. Enter your password if the field is not already filled.
Click Done and the account will be available.
